Shipping: Thursday, September 23^rd 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the “American Legion Hall” on Milton Avenue, Lake Milton, Ohio. Release will be on Friday, September 24^th. This race is open to all fanciers with a distance of at least 250 miles from Beechgrove, IN – Bowen’s station # 5406.

Bonds are $10.00 each. BONDS MUST BE PAID FOR BY AUGUST 1, 2010. If not paid by that time, the bond will be disqualified. Shipping charge will be $ 1.00 per bird plus $2.00 loft entry.

First prize is $1,500.00. If there are enough bond sales there will sectional prizes for Lake, River and Central, the prize money will be paid out until gone. Prizes not won in race time will be divided proportionally to birds actually clocked. Pools not won will be returned to entrants in proportion to birds pooled.

Clock Rules: Hinged capsules must have hinged end up. Open-end capsules must have open end down. We are able to handle Benzing Electronic Clocks --- M-1 ---EXPRESS --- ATIS.

The 2010 LCF young bird auction will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 17^th at the American Legion Hall at Lake Milton Ohio. Each loft that purchases at least five LCF bonds will receive 2 free OPC bands. These are the only bands eligible for the auction. These free bands cannot be used for the race unless they go through the auction. If the regular bonds are not paid for by Aug. 1, 2010 the auction buyer can fly the birds and receive 100% of the prizes. Only two auction-banded birds may be entered in the auction from each loft location. They should be 24-32 days old. Do not enter any younger or older birds. You may buy any number of birds at the auction. There will be one prize for each 10 birds in the auction. The auction prizes will be split 50-50 between breeder and flyer. If there are not enough auction birds clocked in race time, the auction money will be divided proportionally among the birds clocked.

In 2009, the total payout, entry, pools and auction was $11,658.00, Plus 1800.00 One Bird Derby. If you order bonds or change the number you previously had, please fill out and return the slip below.
